Shawn got us scheduled immediately, did a thorough check of our indoor and outdoor units, and addressed the issue right away. In less than 2 hours, he had everything taken care of for us with some advice for moving forward. My old HVAC had its “death rattle” so we decided to replace the 26 year old unit. Shawn was to-the-point, knowledgeable, and was affordable. He includes warranties on his products, too. He even lent us a window A/C while we waited for our unit to be delivered. It only took him about 5 hours to compete the job. He and his associate were tidy and left the laundry room exactly as he found it. I highly recommend Paugh’s HVAC!
